About This Role
This role involves configuring, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless networks. The ideal candidate is technically strong, confident, proactive, and capable of handling network issues independently, demonstrating a professional approach and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless networks
- Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of routing and switching protocols, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and related technologies
- Manage and support Cisco Nexus switches and data center networking infrastructure
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless LAN infrastructure, access points, and wireless controllers
- Identify and resolve network connectivity, performance, and availability issues within defined SLA timelines
- Perform network upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance activities, and infrastructure migrations
- Monitor network health and performance using network monitoring tools
- Maintain accurate network documentation, configuration records, and troubleshooting reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, service providers, and vendors for incident resolution
- Communicate technical issues, updates, and resolutions effectively in English
Requirements
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in network engineering or network infrastructure support
- Strong hands-on experience in routing and switching technologies
- Practical experience with Cisco Nexus technology and data center networking
- Good working knowledge of wireless networking technologies, including WLAN, access points, and wireless controllers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise network environments
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong confidence and ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Willingness to join immediately or within a short notice period
Nice to have:
- CCNP certification
- Experience in enterprise or data center network environments
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and incident management processes
