Network Administrator

About This Role

This Network Administrator position is essential for maintaining the movement of freight throughout the system by providing administrative and dispatch support to the Network Dispatch Department. The role involves assisting with dispatch functions and handling driver and customer calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks to assist and support the Network Dispatch Department
• Assist with dispatch functions
• Answer driver and customer calls
• Perform data entry
• Generate and validate reports and documents
• Work with internal and external customers
• Answer phones
• File and fax documents
• Perform other job assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• High school education or equivalent
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
• Good, tactful communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
