The New Business Services (NBS) Onboarding team leads the successful launch of new Franklin Templeton funds and institutional accounts worldwide. The team works closely with Product Development, sales, operations, legal, compliance, and client-facing teams to coordinate launches and deliver seamless onboarding experiences. Joining this team offers exposure to global stakeholders, strategic initiatives, and complex investment products within a leading investment management organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will lead global fund and account onboarding initiatives.
  • You will coordinate stakeholders throughout the launch process.
  • You will manage complex account events and transitions.
  • You will establish effective onboarding governance and communication forums.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • You will drive process and service improvements.
  • You will identify future business and client needs.
  • You will track industry and competitor developments.
  • You will deliver onboarding and project status updates.

Team & Collaboration:

  • You will partner with cross-functional teams and clients globally.
  • You will support or lead key strategic projects.

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • 5+ years in project management, consulting, or leadership roles.
  • Experience within investment management or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of investment operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong operational and business acumen.
  • Proven complex problem-solving capabilities.
  • Franklin Templeton knowledge is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and client service.

Work Shift Timings - 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST
