About the Role
We are hiring NAPS Production Trainees for Valeo Lighting System, a leading automotive manufacturing company. This is a Non-IT, Core Manufacturing Production role involving hands-on work in the automotive lighting production and assembly process.
No software, coding, programming or system-related work is involved.
Job Responsibilities
- Work in the automotive production and assembly line
- Manufacturing and assembly of car lighting components
- Work with Headlights, Tail Lights and LED Lamps
- Operate production machines and equipment as per work instructions
- Perform assembly, fitting and basic production activities
- Check components for basic quality and defects
- Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards

- ITI Any Trade
- Diploma Any Department
- BE – Any Branch
- Arts & Science – Any Degree
