Duties

- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including laundry and tidying up play areas.
- Provide first aid when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
- Assist with transportation limited to picking up child from school.
- Foster positive behavior through guidance, patience, and consistent discipline strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns or observations.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure immediate response in emergencies.
- Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare environments.
- Strong cooking skills for preparing healthy meals and snacks for children.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of child development principles gained through nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or teaching roles.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and caregivers.
