Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: Approximately 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (around 30 hours per week)
- Commitment: September–December 2026 with the opportunity to continue long-term
About the Family
- One infant daughter (3 months old)
- Both parents work from home
- Friendly family dog in the home (barks frequently but is not aggressive)
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care
- Prepare, sanitize, and organize baby bottles
- Track feedings, naps, diaper changes, and daily routines
- Create engaging sensory and age-appropriate activities
- Follow safe sleep practices and maintain the child's schedule
- Maintain clean and organized nursery and play areas
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the baby's day
- Support a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
Qualifications
- Previous professional childcare experience required
- Experience caring for infants required
- Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Excellent professional references
