Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and responsible Nanny to provide attentive childcare in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for children, ensuring their safety, and supporting their development. This role requires a nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage daily routines effectively. The Nanny will be a vital part of creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children.

Duties

• Provide attentive and personalized care to children in the family’s private residence.
• Manage daily routines including feeding, dressing, bathing, and nap schedules.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment related to childcare activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress, needs, and any concerns.
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure children's safety.
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through positive interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in private home childcare or nannying roles.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents.
• Responsible, reliable, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for children.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining patience and professionalism.
