Responsibilities

• Engage child in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
• Assist with daily routines such as diapering, potty training, dressing, and nap times
• Maintain a clean and organized environment through light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and play areas
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns

Skills

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and preschoolers
• Knowledge of child development milestones and appropriate caregiving techniques
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks with attention to dietary restrictions
• Strong cleaning skills for maintaining a hygienic childcare environment
• Experience caring for children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers
• Passionate about teaching, nurturing, and fostering positive growth in children
