Nanny

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nanny role based in the Karachi Division. The Nanny will provide attentive childcare, including supervising daily activities, supporting developmental milestones, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging children in age-appropriate play and learning, assisting with homework or educational activities, preparing simple, nutritious meals and snacks, and maintaining cleanliness in children’s play and living areas. The role also involves coordinating routines such as naps, hygiene, and bedtime, communicating regularly with parents or guardians about the child’s well-being, and following any specific family guidelines or schedules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Babysitting and Childcare, with the ability to supervise children safely and responsibly.
• Strong skills in Working With Children and understanding Early Childhood Development to support learning, social skills, and emotional well-being.
• Basic Cooking skills and the ability to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks appropriate for children.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized, with the ability to follow family routines and maintain a structured daily schedule.
• Clear and respectful communication skills with children and adults; ability to report on daily activities and any concerns.
• Patience, empathy, and a calm approach to handling conflicts, tantrums, or unexpected situations.
• Previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, or caregiver; local references are preferred.
• Basic first aid knowledge or willingness to obtain first aid/CPR certification.
