Role Description
The Nanny role at United Consult is a full-time, on-site position based in Budapest. The Nanny will provide attentive and reliable childcare, ensuring children’s safety, well-being, and emotional support throughout the day. Typical duties include supervising daily activities, organizing age-appropriate games and educational tasks, and supporting early childhood development through structured play and learning. The Nanny will also assist with light meal preparation and cooking for children, maintain a clean and organized child-focused environment, and coordinate daily routines such as nap times, outdoor activities, and school or extracurricular schedules. Collaboration with parents or guardians to share updates on the child’s progress and needs is an important part of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong childcare and babysitting skills, with a genuine interest in working with children.
• Candidates should possess experience in early childhood development, including supporting learning, social skills, and age-appropriate activities.
• Candidates should possess basic cooking skills and the ability to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for children.
• Candidates should possess patience, empathy, and effective communication skills when interacting with children and families.
• Candidates should possess a responsible and dependable work ethic, with the ability to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Relevant childcare certifications or training, and prior experience in a nanny or childcare role, are considered beneficial.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Budapest; knowledge of local language and culture is an advantage.
