This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase expertise in nail artistry and beauty services within a luxury salon environment. The Nail Master will deliver exceptional nail care experiences to a discerning clientele, setting the standard for excellence within the salon and contributing to its reputation as a premier beauty destination.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art designs to clients
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, skin types, and desired nail designs, offering professional recommendations
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and sterilise tools and equipment before and after each client appointment
- Keep detailed records of client preferences and treatment history to ensure personalised service
- Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations in the beauty industry
- Mentor and guide junior nail technicians, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Master, 6 months in a professional salon environment
- Expert knowledge of various nail techniques including gel, acrylics, extensions, and intricate nail art designs
- Strong understanding of nail health, product chemistry, and proper application methods
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless finishes
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients
- Exceptional hygiene and safety practices, with strict adherence to sanitation protocols
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to and understand client requirements
- Passion for beauty, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends
- Fluency in English is preferred; additional language skills are advantageous
