Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Multispecialty Ultrasound Tech (General, Vascular & Echo) for an exciting Contract opportunity in Plainview, TX.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic procedures across General Ultrasound, including Abdomen, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Small Parts, Breast, and Thyroid imaging.
- Conduct OB/GYN scans, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester evaluations, Fetal Anatomical Surveys, and Transvaginal imaging.
- Perform Vascular studies, including Carotid, Aorta, Color Flow, Doppler, and upper/lower extremity arterial and venous duplex examinations.
- Perform Echocardiography procedures, including Adult Echo, Contrast Echo, and Treadmill Stress Echoes.
- Utilize GE equipment, PACS systems, and Epic EMR for accurate imaging and documentation.
- Assist with precepting and mentoring incoming clinicians on assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience covering General, Fetal/OB, Breast, Transvaginal, Vascular, and Echocardiography studies required.
- ARDMS, ARDMS VT, CCI, or RDCS Certification required.
- Active BLS Certification required.
- Proficiency with Epic charting required.
- On-call rotation required:
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour call coverage
- Ability to work independently in a multi-specialty imaging environment with strong clinical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- First-time travel experience not required.
