Multimedia Artist - Digital Adoption Support

About This Role

This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling marketing materials across various channels to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The multimedia artist will collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and execute visually compelling and engaging marketing materials across various channels to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives
• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including social media content, email campaigns, digital advertisements, print collateral, presentations, and promotional materials
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and design standards across all marketing channels
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and marketing to continuously enhance the effectiveness of marketing creatives
• Ensure that all assigned communication materials are developed in accordance with the branding guidelines, produced and delivered on agreed schedule
• Ensure that updates in relation to assigned projects, communication initiatives, policies and procedures are implemented in all communication channels, i.e., printed, online or digital, and internal briefings, e.g. branches, business units, etc.
• Handle assigned cases endorsed by the branch or call center within agreed time frame and standards
• Execute other relevant communication management requirements that may be developed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably Marketing related course
• At least 5 years of work experience in marketing program development and materials and communication management
• Background in digital marketing
• Can conceptualize, implement and manage various programs
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
