About the role
Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Technician to join our Property Management team in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of building facilities and equipment.
- Handle electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance works.
- Inspect and troubleshoot building systems and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining HVAC, generators, pumps, motors, switchgears, STP, UPS, FDAS, and fire protection systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and technical concerns.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Follow company safety policies and facility maintenance standards.
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent.
- TESDA NC II is an advantage.
- With 6 months–1 year relevant experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
- Available to start immediately or anytime.
Pay: Php18,477.00 per month
