Responsibilities And Tasks:

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

• Lead with the team to integrate all of system to implement automation.

Key Achievement

• Developed a detailed method for identifying Pin Card Fail root causes, decreasing analysis time.
• Led cross-functional task forces to resolve recurring equipment-related failures.
• Implemented proactive maintenance procedures that decreased occurrences of Pin Card Fail incidents.
• Develop AI solutions to ahead detect any problems.

Development Goals

• Improve cross-functional communication and influence.
• Build a knowledge-sharing platform for equipment failure analysis (TLP Sharing).
• Mentor less experienced engineers and foster technical growth within the team.
