MS Dynamics 365 Program Manager

Role Summary

Senior Program Manager leading endtoend delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CECRM transformation programmes

Responsible for governance stakeholder alignment and value realisation across largescale enterprise deployments

Acts as bridge between business stakeholders solution architecture and delivery teams

Key Responsibilities

Lead endtoend programme delivery for D365 implementations Sales Customer Service Field Service

Drive programme governance including

Steering committee reporting

RAID tracking Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies

Financials timelines and scope control

Manage multivendor global delivery teams onshoreoffshore model

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define

Transformation roadmap

Release plans and prioritisation

Business value KPIs

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration landscape ERP CPQ middleware

Oversee solution design validation and ensure adherence to best practices

Drive UAT planning cutover strategy and hypercare support

Ensure compliance with security data governance and regulatory requirements

Manage client communication and executive reporting

Mandatory Skills Experience

1218 years of experience in enterprise programme delivery

Strong background in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CECRM

Large transformation programmes

Proven track record of managing 3M multicountry programmes

Experience in

Agile Hybrid delivery models

Governance frameworks PMO risk compliance

Strong stakeholder management across

Business leadership

IT and architecture teams

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing domain relevant to Clarios

Exposure to

ERP integrations SAPOracle

CPQCLM ecosystems

Familiarity with

Azure services and integration patterns

Data migration and master data management

Soft Skills Leadership

Executive communication and stakeholder influencing

Strong decisionmaking under ambiguity

Conflict resolution and team leadership

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
