MRI Technologist Lead

Join a dynamic imaging department as a Radiology Technologist specializing in MRI.

Responsibilities Include

• Leading daily imaging operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate workflow.
• Monitoring image quality, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Performing staff orientation, training, and coaching, while contributing to performance evaluations.
• Positioning patients accurately and selecting appropriate technical parameters.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely submission of high-quality images and documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized department environment.
• Providing resource support to staff and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Skills

• Completion of an MRI or Radiology Technology program.
• At least 2 years of MRI experience.
• Current ARRT-R credential and ARMRIT or ARRT-MR certification.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move patients and equipment; excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
