About This Role
Motion Designer is responsible for developing concepts, visual language, and animation standards for company promotional materials. This role suits a creative professional with expertise in motion design and a passion for leveraging AI tools in the creative workflow.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, visual language, animation standards, templates, and visual elements for company promotional materials
- Participate in the creation of a library of templates, approaches, and elements of motion design
- Develop motion design work, promotional materials, as well as banners, prerolls, and other materials for the company
- Optimize the work process, propose simplifications and accelerations, and automate high-flow tasks
- Constantly search for new visual design solutions, track design trends, and use them in work
- Interact with the team lead and project managers
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation), and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation
- Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc)
- Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas
- Strong grasp of composition, typography, and color; can rationally defend design choices
- A strong, diverse portfolio
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge in Figma
- Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow
- Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency
- Bonus Skill: Simple 3D graphics ability
