Eligibility Criteria

Open to women across Nigeria (and reportedly Africa) who are passionate about starting or pivoting into a tech career.
Self-taught or formally trained candidates are welcome — no prior professional experience is strictly required.
Interest/background in engineering, data, product, IT, or related fields.
