Mobilization Associate Director

About This Role

This Mobilization Associate Director role supports solutions across various capabilities, primarily Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering) and Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A), with potential involvement in Procurement and Supply Chain. The role involves establishing and operating PMO processes within an Accenture engagement context, applying traditional or Agile/Scaled Agile practices to support programs, projects, or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, define, and solve complex problems that impact the direction of the business or work effort, requiring in-depth knowledge of Accenture
• Develop and execute strategy to achieve key business objectives in the area of responsibility
• Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters
• Exercise wide latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• Make decisions that have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility
• Manage large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Requirements

• Any Graduation
• 18 to 28 years of experience
• Knowledge of 1 or more domains (Compliance as a Service, Finance and Accounting, Procurement and Supply Chain)
