About the role
Under general supervision, responsible for driving and overseeing the operations of a Mobile Unit to the various outreach sites for the delivery of patient care or healthcare events.

Drives Mobile Unit to designated site and ensures operational utility support such as commercial power, water and sanitation.

Ensures cleanliness of Mobile Unit and maintenance of on board clinic equipment, and arranges for repair as needed.

Ensures Mobil Unit is loaded with necessary supplies for each medical mission or sponsored event.

Assists with tracking inventory and other Unit administrative responsibilities.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Compliant and knowledgeable of all safety guidelines and applicable traffic laws.

Ability to develop and maintain defensive driving skills and operate mobile unit in a safe and efficient manner.

Strong sense of direction and a thorough knowledge of surrounding area layout and routes.

Ability to communicate in a courteous, pleasant and professional manner.

Must maintain a good driving record consistent with institutional policy.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Texas Commercial Driver's License (TCDL) class B is required.
