Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their mobile technology needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features through hands-on demos, highlighting benefits and functionalities to enhance customer understanding
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth checkout processes
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory checks to ensure product availability
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and processing retail store transactions
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via digital channels, maintaining professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or grocery store environments, with a strong understanding of merchandising and product knowledge
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or managing store operations
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, especially mobile devices, accessories, and related technology solutions
- Experience in customer service roles with a focus on phone etiquette, upselling techniques, and product demos
- Familiarity with stock management, merchandising standards, and retail math principles is highly desirable
- Previous grocery store experience or familiarity with grocery retail environments is considered an asset

Pay: $24.23 - $29.18 per hour
