Job Summary:
Onecall Roadside Repair is seeking a qualified 310T / 310J Mobile Heavy-Duty Truck & Trailer Mechanic with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our 24/7 roadside assistance team. We specialize in fast, high-quality on-site diagnostics, emergency roadside repairs, and preventive fleet maintenance across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform emergency roadside diagnostics and repairs on semi-trucks, commercial trailers, and heavy equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, air brake, suspension, and electrical issues independently on-site.
- Execute roadside tire service, jump-starts, air line repairs, and fuel delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and complete accurate work orders and service logs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a heavy-duty truck or trailer mechanic.
- Certified 310T Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic or 310J Trailer Technician license.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Class 3/1 or D/AZ preferred).
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and ability to work independently in roadside conditions.
- Must bring basic hand tools (specialty tools and equipped service vehicle provided).
