About This Role

This Mobile Expert role is a brand ambassador for T-Mobile, creating excitement around products and services. Mobile Experts are obsessed with the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They build and deepen relationships with customers, uncovering needs and recommending device and service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Make the most of time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

• Less than 2 years of T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience
• Less than 2 years of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
