About This Role
This role involves providing customer service at a mobile corner, primarily guiding customers on smartphone and tablet operations and advising on rate plans. It suits individuals who are new to the industry, as comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers on SoftBank products and services
- Provide operational support for smartphones and tablets
- Greet and assist来店者様の customers
- Explain and process applications for rate plans and services
- Handle mobile phone sales for model changes and various settings
Requirements
- No experience or academic background required
- Open to those new to full-time employment
Nice to have:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry (e.g., Docomo, SoftBank, au, Rakuten Mobile shops, mass retailers, internet line guidance)
- Mobile shop or industry qualifications (e.g., SoftBank Advisor, Docomo Premaster, au Advisor, MCPC Smartphone/Mobile Practical Skills Test, Home Appliance Advisor)

Important Details
- Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (8 hours of work / 1 hour break)
- Days off: 2 days per week based on shift system
