QUALIFICATIONS:

Amenable to work in FULL ONSITE SETUP in BGC, Taguig every WEEKDAYS.

5–7 years (Mid) or 8–10 years (Senior) of QA Engineering experience

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and Appium.

Strong experience in both manual and automation testing, including test framework development

Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and Agile/Scrum practices

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium for web and mobile applications.
- Perform comprehensive manual, functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing to validate application quality and business requirements.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects, performing root cause analysis and working closely with developers to drive resolution.
- Execute test cycles, review test results, and provide clear reports on quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks, improving test coverage, execution efficiency, and overall QA processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Validate mobile application functionality, performance, usability, and compatibility across multiple devices and operating systems using Appium.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending testing best practices, process enhancements, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, provide technical guidance, and support complex testing projects, critical releases, audits, and high-priority deliverables.
- Contribute to CI/CD testing activities by integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines for faster and more reliable releases.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and support end-to-end software delivery by maintaining accurate testing documentation and defect records.
