MOA Project Manager

About This Role

This MOA Project Manager role is at the heart of transforming information systems for Hermès' various activities within the House Pole's Financial Department. You will act as a crucial link between business units and the Group's IT Department, ensuring clear definition of needs and smooth project execution. The position suits a candidate with strong organizational skills and a pragmatic approach, who enjoys working on impactful digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support users on applications within the scope, ensure their skill development, and promote good usage practices
• Identify, collect, and challenge business needs to propose solutions adapted to operational challenges
• Conduct project framing phases, analyze existing processes, and write functional requirement specifications
• Participate in solution design in collaboration with the Information Systems Department teams
• Oversee functional testing phases, coordinate tests, and ensure solution compliance before deployment
• Support the deployment of new tools, lead training sessions, and drive change among users
• Contribute to Data projects by participating in data quality, interface definition, and the implementation of decision-making reports
• Produce clear functional documentation to foster knowledge sharing and solution sustainability
• Actively participate in IT transformation projects in the Production, PLM, QMS, MES, and Business Intelligence domains

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
• At least 6 years of experience in MOA SI, functional project management, or in a Supply Chain or industrial environment with a strong information systems dimension
• Proficiency in the different phases of an IT project, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and user support
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of M3 is highly appreciated

Nice to have:

• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), QMS (Quality Management System), or MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions
