We are now looking for a charismatic and passionate Mixologist to join the bar team led by Jan Šebek, Bars & Beverages Manager, and become part of the creative world of Minus One — W Prague’s premium cocktail destination.
🍸 JOIN THE TEAM BEHIND MINUS ONE Working alongside Jan Šebek, one of the leading figures of the Czech cocktail scene, you’ll become part of a team focused on pushing the boundaries of modern bartending and creating memorable experiences through cocktails.
Jan is also a winner of the Czech national Diageo Reserve World Class competition, placing among the top five bartenders globally in 2023, as well as a winner of the international Johnnie Walker Challenge in São Paulo.
At Minus One, cocktails are more than drinks. They are part of an immersive experience combining storytelling, design, gastronomy, music and modern mixology.
The bar offers different cocktail worlds, from reimagined classics and innovative signature cocktails at Poppy to the more intimate and experimental Occulto, where cocktails become part of a unique Fine Cocktail Dining experience.
This is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your craft and contribute your own personality and creativity to a bar concept that aims to be different.
What You’ll Do 👌Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to our signature recipes
👌Welcome guests and create a friendly yet professional atmosphere
👌Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar, prepare ingredients, and restock supplies
👌Handle cash register operations, process payments, and close shifts
👌Collaborate with bar colleagues and other hotel departments
👌Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards
👌Actively listen to guests and adapt service to their preferences
What We’re Looking For ✨Previous experience as a bartender
✨Strong interest in cocktails, beverages, and modern mixology trends
✨Communicative level of English
✨Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to continuously improve
✨Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
