The Top 4 Duties of an MIT are to act as a:

- Personal Sales Process - show full competency in sales process knowledge.
- Personal Customer Service - show ability to always be on time, in uniform, and positively enthusiastic with members, guests, and co workers.
- Personal Systems - manage your daily planner, guest register, callback list, and success report at company standards.
What We Expect From You
- Write good personal commissions consistently
- Achieve company VCLASS standards consistently, VIPs (4) per sale - Calls (60) per day - Leads (20) per day - Appts (6) 1st time per day - Show (3) per day - Sales (3) per day.
- Show competency with rates, commissions, SMT, digital price presentation, F.A. questions.
- Display a consistent effort of positive attitude and strong work ethic.
