Our client ACTED Pakistan is looking for a MIS Assistant in Hyderabad

ACTED's strategy targets vulnerable communities affected by natural and conflict-related disasters, as well as a lack of socio-economic development. Functions

• Development of Information Collection Mechanisms
• To develop distribution and training sheets for program teams.
• To ensure regular gathering of data collected by AME Monitors and Program team.
• To ensure accurate and timely entry of program, AME, and any other type of data assigned by Database Supervisor or Database Officer into the database.
• Responsible for cleaning of data when requested.
• To ensure proper filing of data.
• Reporting
• To work according to the priorities set by the Database Officer.
• To report to the Database Supervisor or Database Officer at frequent intervals on the progress of data entry and any outstanding inaccuracies or discrepancies.
