The mine is located a short drive from Wawa, deep in the forest where it is scenic and quiet. It is a real ‘boots on the ground’ setting. Team members reside in a camp environment and typically work on rotations, depending on the position. The camp offers excellent food, a sauna/gym, recreational room and the opportunity to stay connected with family and friends.
Hourly Rate: $53.79

About the Opportunity
Wesdome is seeking an experienced Millwright to join our Maintenance team at the Eagle River Mine. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or designate, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of critical mill equipment. This hands-on position is responsible for safely performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on a variety of mechanical equipment to support continuous mill operations. If you are safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and enjoy working in a fast-paced mining environment, we encourage you to apply.

You are a certified Millwright with a strong mechanical background and a passion for maintaining safe and reliable equipment. You enjoy diagnosing complex mechanical issues, take pride in producing quality work, and can work independently while collaborating effectively with your team. You are safety-oriented, organized, and thrive in an environment where preventative maintenance and continuous improvement are valued.
