We’re hiring a self-motivated Millwright to join our Operations team. If you're mechanically inclined, hands-on, and committed to safety and quality — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and clean equipment using welding and carpentry skills.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for repairs and installations.
• Dismantle, move, align, and install machinery.
• Operate cranes, jacks, and hoisting equipment for positioning.
• Inspect machinery, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and inventories.
• Follow safety protocols, support team needs and take initiative on tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug test.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical fields
• Technical certification and casting/manufacturing experience preferred

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in Mig, Tig, Arc welding, gear/bearing installs, and metal fabrication
• Familiar with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Strong blueprint reading, math, and mechanical reasoning skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks in variable conditions
• Comfortable bending, climbing, and working around industrial equipment

Preferred

• Experience with CMMS systems and fire protection equipment
