Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, wave scheduling, and capacity management.
7-10 years in Microsoft 365 migration projects (tenant-to-tenant, hybrid, or cross-tenant).
Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, M365 Groups, and Planner.
