About the role

Monitor system performance, service availability, and health using monitoring tools. - Respond to basic service requests (SR) via Jira or equivalent systems. - Assist in deploying applications using DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines). - Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance tasks to reduce incidents. - Handle database-related tasks (backup/restore/checks) on cloud platforms under guidance. - Prepare and summarize operation reports (weekly/monthly) with guidance. - Collaborate with the operation team in Korea to update on service issues or improvements. - Analyze application logs to support basic troubleshooting and improvements.

Salary: Negotiate. - Package: At least 13 months/ year. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. - Basic certifications in IT operations (e.g., Linux+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are a plus. Experience & Skills - 3-5 years of experience in system operations, IT support, or DevOps. - Basic experience with Linux environments, Docker, and Git. - Familiar with at least one CI/CD tool (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins). - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. - Able to write or modify simple shell scripts or automation scripts (e.g., Bash, Python). - Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). - Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or any log viewer). - Willingness to learn about advanced topics such as Kubernetes, OAuth2, or RabbitMQ gradually. Nice-to-Have - Experience in working with international teams or in bilingual environments. - Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
