Ideal Background
- 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience handling business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder disputes, fraud claims, and other complex commercial litigation matters preferred
- Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation
- Experience in state and federal court litigation
- Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted
