About the role
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing presentation drawings and models.
- Involvement in coordination of internal team members and consultants.
- Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, and design.
- Work closely with team members and assist to complete construction documents by meeting deadlines within expected time and budget constraints.
- Generate revisions and corrections from outline mock-ups & redlined drawings.
- Attend client meetings to observe our process and develop presentation skills.
- Participate in construction site visits to better understand the construction documents process.
- Candidate to have strong verbal & written communication skills, including note taking, email, phone, etc.
- Recognize conflicts that arise during construction and offer alternatives to resolve these issues.
- Ideal candidate is on the track to Architectural Licensing.
Experience
- Bachelors degree in architecture (or equivalent) required.
- 3-5 years residential architectural experience with construction detailing required.
- Intermediate Revit/CAD knowledge required - using Revit/CAD for a minimum of two years in a professional setting.
- Experience working in Enscape, 3D studio Max, SketchUp a plus.
Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, and education. Annual compensation starting at $78K-$92K base plus full benefits package.
Position is full time & in-office position.
