Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure on-premises.
- Ensure email security by configuring firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
- Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery failures, spam filtering, and account lockouts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop policies for data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in a similar role as a Microsoft Specialist or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (Exchange Online) administration.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cyber security best practices for email communication.
