Senior CRM Engineer
Location: Remote

Please note: This role is only on W2, no C2C or 1099.
Job Summary:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Collaborate with architecture, UX, development, and business teams to modernize processes and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop D365 Power Apps, Power Automate flows, custom features, and integrations.
- Build PoCs and recommend CRM/Power Platform best practices.
- Modernize business processes through automation and Power Apps.
- Support Dynamics 365, Dataverse, APIs, and custom connectors.
- Troubleshoot application and performance issues.
- Create technical documentation and user guides.
- Provide user support and participate in on-call/after-hours support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years IT experience and 6+ years CRM experience.
- 3+ years building Power Apps and Power Automate/Flow solutions.
- Hands-on D365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, Power BI, Azure, and Portal Development.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse/CDS, M365 integrations, APIs, and custom connectors.
- Strong UI/Power Apps design and problem-solving skills.
