About the role

Microsoft Alliance Manager — UK & Ireland

Dublin-based , Hybrid

Microsoft is one of Slalom’s most strategic partners in the UK and Ireland — and we’re looking for the person who’ll make that relationship exceptional.

This isn’t a relationship management role in name only. You’ll shape how we go to market with

Microsoft, unlock joint opportunities, and act as the connective tissue between two ambitious organisations. If you’ve built trusted partner relationships — whether at Microsoft, another hyperscaler, or a technology consultancy — and you know what it takes to turn ecosystem potential into real commercial outcomes, we’d love to hear your story.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive the alliance strategy

  • Define and execute Slalom’s Microsoft alliance strategy, aligned to market growth priorities
  • Set revenue targets and pipeline goals and own delivery against them
  • Partner with practice leaders on joint go-to-market plays aligned to Microsoft solution areas

Build relationships that matter

  • Develop trusted relationships across Microsoft’s sales, marketing, technical, and partner teams
  • Represent Slalom within the Microsoft ecosystem in meetings, at events, and in the market
  • Proactively align priorities and identify gaps before they become issues

Execute co-sell and go-to-market

  • Lead co-sell motions, including pipeline development, deal coordination, and opportunity alignment
  • Design and deliver joint campaigns, events, and customer engagements that generate pipeline
  • Translate global alliance strategy into impactful execution in the UK and Ireland

Keep the engine running

  • Own the alliance operating cadence (e.g. QBRs, governance, planning sessions, scorecards)
  • Track performance, identify risks early, and leverage Microsoft incentive programmes to accelerate growth
  • Maintain rigour across pipeline reporting and partner dashboards

What We’re Looking For

You may come from a hyperscaler, a technology partner, or a consulting environment — what matters most is how you operate.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in alliances, partner management, technology sales, or business development
  • A strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem or the ability to ramp up quickly in complex partner environments
  • The ability to build senior relationships and confidently engage in executive-level conversations
  • Commercial acumen, with experience owning revenue targets and managing pipeline
  • Strong communication and influencing skills able to drive outcomes without direct authority
  • A proactive, highly networked mindset you don’t wait to be introduced
  • Proficiency with, and enthusiasm for, using next-generation AI tooling across go-to-market workflows

Why Slalom

We’re a growing UK and Ireland business at an exciting point in our Microsoft partnership. You’ll have real influence over how that relationship develops, work alongside high-performing cross-disciplinary teams, and operate with the autonomy to build something meaningful.

We’re consistently recognised as one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For but more importantly, our people stay because the work is impactful and the culture is genuine.
