About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Configure security, compliance, data governance, and permission models to support Copilot adoption.
Optimize Microsoft 365 environments to ensure Copilot readiness, including data access, search indexing, and licensing.
Develop automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph APIs where applicable.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Copilot-related issues and provide L2/L3 technical support.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and improve productivity.
Monitor platform health, performance, and user adoption while implementing best practices.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 and Copilot features and recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Experience with Microsoft Purview, security, compliance, and identity management.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, governance, and best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or other Microsoft certifications.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI solutions is an added advantage.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
