What You’ll Do

Educate seniors and pre‑retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options

Assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollments, plan changes, and applications

Conduct client appointments using a needs‑based consultative approach

Build long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service

Generate new business through company‑provided marketing and leads

Stay current on Medicare regulations and insurance products in Michigan

Strong communication and people skills

Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems)

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a local team
✔️ Sales or customer service experience is a plus
