About the role

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Melakukan akuisisi merchant baru dan mengajak merchant bergabung ke platform.
  • Menjalankan proses onboarding merchant serta memastikan proses registrasi berjalan dengan lancar.
  • Memberikan edukasi kepada merchant mengenai penggunaan aplikasi Merchant, termasuk fitur-fitur yang tersedia.
  • Mengedukasi merchant mengenai jam operasional, campaign, promo, dan fitur iklan (Ads) untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan.
  • Menjalin hubungan baik dengan merchant dan memberikan pendampingan selama masa awal bergabung.
  • Mendorong merchant untuk meningkatkan performa melalui pemanfaatan campaign dan fitur promosi.
  • Mencapai target akuisisi merchant sesuai KPI yang ditetapkan.
  • Membuat laporan aktivitas dan perkembangan merchant secara berkala.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimal D3 semua jurusan
  • Pengalaman di bidang Sales/Marketing menjadi nilai tambah
  • Komunikatif dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target
  • Mampu bekerja secara multitasking
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Jogja/Solo
