About This Role

Merchandising for one of the world's most iconic beverage brands is the core of this retail role. The Merchandiser utilizes technology to organize shelves, restock products, build displays, and maintain back rooms, ensuring product quality and a safe shopping environment. This role suits a detail-oriented individual who can work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first-in, first-out stocking system
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner
• Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

• Schedule: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, 5x8's, Weekends Required & Overtime as needed
