Must Have's- MEP Work HVAC Electrical Work Plumbing Fire Fighting ELV System Civil work GFC Drawing BOQ AutoCAD MS Office MS Project Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of practical MEP site execution experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting/Fire Alarm and ELV systems
Strong experience in MEP execution, supervision anELVd site coordination
Ability to read and interpret MEP, Civil, Architectural and GFC drawings
Experience in BOQ, quantity checking, measurements and MEP billing
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
Strong contractor, vendor and consultant coordination skills
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English
Ability to independently manage MEP site activities and coordinate with multiple teams
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage MEP site execution and ensure quality and timely completion
Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams
Monitor contractors, vendors, site progress, quality and project schedules
Handle testing & commissioning and snag/punch point closure
Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve site-related issues
