About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical projects across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope from construction through commissioning, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including hands-on experience working on-site in the field and a strong understanding of MEP systems within complex mission-critical environments. Previous experience working for an Owner's Representative, Developer, or Project Management Consultancy is highly preferred. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive project success while maintaining strong communication and coordination across all project phases.

Candidates must be willing to travel as required to support projects across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering hyperscale and mission-critical facilities for some of the industry's leading clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience focused on MEP systems.
  • Data center, mission-critical, or other highly technical project experience required.
  • Previous experience working for an Owner's Representative, PM consultancy, or similar client-side organization.
  • Strong field and site-based construction management experience.
  • Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and construction safety.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
