Mental Health Therapist

About This Role

This full-time position requires a caseload of 25 client hours per week, reflecting a belief that therapy was never intended to be a 40-hour work week. The role offers the autonomy and earning potential of private practice without the burden of running a small business, as the company handles administrative tasks. A great experience for therapists is prioritized, leading to better client care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation (diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, case notes) per company policy
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a supportive, dynamic team
• Bring creativity to interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals
• Submit individual session documentation per company guidelines

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university, with active progress toward licensure
• Clinical license in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner
• Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Proficiency with standard office technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation
• Training or certification in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, or Sand Tray Therapy
