Evidence-Based Associates
This Family Therapy Coach role focuses on the MST-FIT model of service, providing specialized case planning within the social services department. The coach supports vulnerable youth and families by implementing evidence-based treatment models and wrapping services to ensure successful discharge. The position involves both virtual and in-person sessions, including home visits, and occasional evening and weekend hours for crisis intervention and parent conferences.
