Requirements

• Must reside within the State of Ohio
• Education: An Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with adults and children experiencing mental health challenges OR a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field from an accredited university with a minimum of one year of experience working with adults and children experiencing mental health challenges
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the Medicaid Manual (certification required within 90 days of hire)
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Licensure: A valid Ohio Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass annual criminal background screenings
