Your Role
As a Membership Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for growing our membership base, creating meaningful connections with prospective members, and delivering an exceptional club experience from the very first interaction.
What You'll Do
- Generate new memberships through community outreach, events, and lead generation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Conduct club tours and provide personalized membership consultations.
- Recommend membership options based on each client's needs.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active members.
- Build lasting relationships with members and local business partners.
- Process memberships and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support club promotions and ensure every member receives a warm and positive welcome.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, fitness, or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Energetic, confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed.
