OTF Membership Advisors are the first person that members see coming into the door. You are a representation of the studio and as such should portray our culture and positive attitude.
A Day In The Life:
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
- Work hand-in-hand with our coaches to guide potential members through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Follow up on prospective members
- Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
